Returns & Warranty
This shop sells exclusively to businesses (entrepreneurs within the meaning of Sec. 14 German Civil Code / BGB). We do not sell to consumers.
1. No right of withdrawal The statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts (Secs. 312g, 355 BGB) applies to consumers only. As we sell exclusively to businesses, no right of withdrawal exists.
2. Warranty The statutory provisions on liability for defects (Secs. 434 et seq. BGB) apply as specified in our General Terms and Conditions.
3. Duty to examine and give notice (Sec. 377 German Commercial Code / HGB) Where the purchase is a commercial transaction for both parties, the buyer must examine the goods without undue delay upon receipt and notify any apparent defects without undue delay, and hidden defects without undue delay after discovery, in text form. Otherwise the goods are deemed approved.
4. Returns We are not legally obliged to take back goods that are free of defects. In individual cases we may, by prior arrangement, take back goods as a gesture of goodwill; there is no entitlement to this. Please return goods only after prior agreement (RMA).
5. Custom-made goods Custom-manufactured or made-to-measure goods are excluded from return.
